Give the reviewer the records, not an unbounded inbox.
A lawyer, accountant, insurer, or adviser rarely needs every message you have ever received. The useful job is to identify the relevant people, period, issue, and source records, then provide a bounded package that remains intelligible.
Use AtArchive to search and organize the relevant preserved records, keep source context intact, and export what the product supports. Professional evidentiary, discovery, privacy, and retention requirements remain outside AtArchive's ordinary archive promise.
What makes a useful review package
The package should be bounded and source-oriented.
A clear issue and date range
Define why the records were selected instead of dumping the entire archive.
Original messages and attachments
The reviewer should be able to inspect the source material behind any chronology or summary.
Enough surrounding context
Neighboring messages can be necessary to understand the record without including unrelated private history.
Prepare the record set before handoff
Reduce noise without pretending to certify evidence.
Find the relevant records
Search by people, organizations, topics, dates, attachments, and chronology.
Review the bounded set
Remove unrelated material and confirm the source records you intended to include.
Export through supported product paths
Provide the material to the professional using the export format and process available in the product.
Professional requirements may be stricter than ordinary archive export
AtArchive does not claim e-discovery certification, forensic imaging, or legal chain of custody by default.
- Protect unrelated private material during handoff.
- Follow counsel's instructions when preservation or production rules apply.
- Do not present a user-selected export as proof of completeness.
